# Disable Variant

You can disable a variant using this option.

To disable a variant in Ingest Labs, perform the following steps:

1. Select the Variant that you want to disable.
2. Select **disable** from the drop-down menu on the top right corner of the **New Variants** section.

**Step Result**: The variant is successfully disabled.

To enable the variant, click the menu and select enable.

**Step Result**: The Variant is enabled successfully.
