# Download Audience Report

## Introduction&#x20;

To download the Audience Report, follow the steps below.

## Procedure

**Srep1:** Click on the item from the list in the **Audiences** Screen. The page will fetch the Audience information.

**Step 2**: Click on the Audience you want to download.&#x20;

You will see the following options displayed:

* Report Generated Date
* Report Date
* Status
* Download

**Step 3**: Under the **Download** column, click the **Download** icon/button for the specific record you want to save to your local system.

The audience report is auto generated on a daily basis based on the preferences of the client set right at the beginning of the contract with Ingest Labs. The following are the fields that appear on the Report screen:

| Column Name          | Description                                               |
| -------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------- |
| Report Generate Date | Denotes the date when the report is generated.            |
| Report Date          | Denotes the date for which the report is generated.       |
| Status               | Denotes the Audience Report status.                       |
| Download             | Allows you to download the report onto your local system. |

The page also displays who created and updated the report, and when the report is created and updated. Click **Refresh** on the top right corner to update the list of reports.
